I don’t know how it’s come to this,

The moment I’ll forever miss.

Just thinking about it brings tears to my eyes.

And my heart sinks as we say our goodbyes

And now I’ve got no one to hold,

“You’ll get over it.” Is all I’m told.

It hurts to see you walk away

That is why I’m here to say;

I love and that’s all that matters.

My heart is breaking into tatters,

Of broken glass,

From this moment come to pass.

I’ll forever miss you, as you walk away.
